KOB News Interviews Attorney Ben Davis Over Aviation Companies Involvement In Illegal Deportations

Davis Kelin’s own Ben Davis was interview by KOB News to discuss a federal lawsuit accusing CSI Aviation of partnering with the Trump Administration and deporting migrants on flights to El Salvador in 2025.

CSI Aviation is based in Albuquerque and Mr. Davis says they received over $1.2 billion in contracts from the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and an ICE Air contract worth as much as $1.5 billion in 2026.

230 Venezuelans asylum seekers were transported to the Terrorism and Confinement Center in El Salvador which was built to handle the country’s gang problem. Mr. Davis says CSI Aviation knew exactly what they were doing and did so despite a court and judge’s order.

Founder and CEO of CSI Aviation Allen Weh has donated significant funds to the Trump Administration and in return likely received a no-bid contract that is over $1 billion dollars.

Mr Davis says the best way to hold companies like this accountable is to hit them where it hurts, and that’s the pocketbook.
